Dental Dreams LLC is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Ypsilanti, MI to join our team. You will focus on scheduling appointments, verifying benefits, and delivering excellent patient service in a fast-paced dental office.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus and a great attitude is essential for teamwork and patient care. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, maintaining records, collecting payments, and supporting the office with treatment-plan explanations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

The Role : Dental Dreams in Ypsilanti, MIis now hiring Front Desk Receptionists to join our talented and dedicated team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assist with operational goals, and provide excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Bilingual - Spanish proficiency is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check-in patients
• Accurately verify dental benefits
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans

Qualifications

• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience (preferred)
