The role involves chairside assistance, radiology equipment operation, and ensuring sterile environments while communicating treatment plans to patients. Training and growth opportunities exist within the network, with inclusive, patient-centered care in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Full Time Availability.
• Oral Radiology Certification (preferred).
• Previous Dental / Healthcare experience (preferred).
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Operations.
• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient Service and Engagement.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
