The candidate should be familiar with dental equipment, Cerec scanning, and have experience with sedation or implants as a plus.

Qualifications

• Passionate dental professional dedicated to patient care.
• Willing to build trusting relationships with team and patients.
• Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments.
• Knowledge of Cerec and intraoral scanning is a plus.
• Experience with sedation and dental implant placement and restoration a plus.
• Willingness and ability to participate in training, including travel.
• Experience using digital technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for dental work.
• Assisting dentists during procedures and managing medical/dental emergencies when necessary.
• Assisting dental hygienists with procedures when necessary.
• Providing great patient care.
• Recording treatment information in patient records.
• Exposing dental x-rays and caring for x-ray equipment.
• Giving patients information on dental hygiene and plaque control.
• Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Ordering dental supplies and maintaining equipment inventory.
• Fabricating temporary restorations and impressions from preliminary impressions.
