Job summary

Espire Dental in Thornton, CO is seeking a full-time dental assistant who is passionate about patient care and infection control. You will prepare patients, sterilize instruments, assist dentists with procedures, and help with dental imaging and records.

The role requires familiarity with dental equipment and electronic medical records, with experience in Cerec and intraoral scanning considered a plus. Training may include travel, and a supportive team environment is offered.

Responsibilities

Preparing patients for dental work.
Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and setting up trays.
Assist dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies.
Assist dental hygienists with procedures.
Provide great patient care and record treatment information.
Expose dental X-rays and care for X-ray equipment.
Inform patients about dental hygiene and plaque control.
Record medical and dental histories and vital signs and give postoperative instructions.
