Job summary

PHD Dental Group in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. The role supports general and pediatric dentistry, sterilization, radiography, and patient education while maintaining accurate records and a positive patient experience.

Qualified candidates hold a Certified Dental Assistant certification, have at least 1 year of chairside experience, and are bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification.
• Minimum 1 year chairside assisting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during general and pediatric dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms per infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally with patients and team to ensure smooth workflow.
