Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting.
• X-ray certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• HIPAA training awareness and PHI protection familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to support quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other assessments (iTero, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols.
• Manage supplies and inventory and place orders.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
