Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. seeks a Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist and support patient comfort while delivering quality care.

This role involves preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, updating charts, and assisting with front office tasks as needed. Monday–Saturday availability is preferred, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification required.
• X-ray license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
