OLE Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists across multiple sites, performing four-handed dentistry, taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, and preparing tray setups. The role requires flexible travel between sites and delivering excellent patient care.

The position emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive workplace and requires CPR, radiation safety training, and an active California license/credentials. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant certificate preferred or 1-2 years dental assisting experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have board-approved Radiation Safety training and California Dental Practice Act knowledge.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform four-handed dental assisting duties across preventative, restorative, endodontics, oral surgery, pedodontics, and prosthodontics procedures.
• Sterilize and prep operatory instruments, maintain PPE.
• Escort patients, ensure comfort, and provide oral hygiene instructions and patient education.
• Support charting and documentation in the EMR and ensure confidentiality.
