Dental Depot of Blue Springs PLLC in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support dentists across orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics and oral surgery in a busy clinical setting.

The role includes preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, recording patient data in Eaglesoft, taking x-rays, and assisting during procedures, with up to 10% travel and a full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Completion of Dental Assisting Program or minimum one year experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Current Dental Assisting Permit, CPR Certification, and X-Ray Certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance; MVR checks may apply.
• HIPAA awareness and infection control knowledge is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patient, sterilize or disinfect instruments, set up trays, and assist Dentist during procedures.
• Record treatment information in patient records and chart treatments in Eaglesoft.
• Expose dental diagnostic x-rays and manage x-ray sensor care.
• Take patient histories and vital signs; assist in medical/dental emergencies.
• Provide postoperative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene.
