Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is hiring a Dental Assistant for a full-time role in Bridgeton, MO. The position supports the dental and surgical team, prepares rooms, handles instrumentation, and assists with patient care across pediatric and special needs patients.

The role requires graduation from an accredited DA program, state RDA license, and BLS certification, plus 30–40 hours per week. You will work closely with dentists, nurses, and the front desk to ensure smooth operating

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist and anticipate needs of the dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, sponges and supplies per technique, procedure and special requirements.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases by gathering supplies and equipment for the procedure; ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available; maintaining inventory and stock room.
• Familiar with procedures performed; know and understand dentist preferences.
• Provide care based on the age-related needs of pediatric and adolescent patients, with consideration of developmental needs.
• Front Desk duties will be part of this position as well as a Patient Service Coordinator.

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Accredited Dental Assistant Program

Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant

One year of RDA experience

Current BLS Certificate
