Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in a dental setting required.
• Customer service and multi-tasking strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental equipment (X-ray, autoclave) and computer systems (Epic, EMR, SAP, Word, Excel).
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required.
• Dental assistant certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand dental instruments to dentist during treatment.
• Prepare operatory with supplies and equipment.
• Take X-rays as ordered by dentist.
• Maintain sterile conditions and cleanliness in operatory.
• Maintain inventory and logs for supplies and instruments.
• Assist with patient care and comfort.
