Job summary

Enso Dentistry, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Dental Assistant to join our team in Redmond, WA. You’ll greet patients, review health histories, perform x-rays, and provide chairside assistance.

You will use Dentrix for scheduling and support office workflow while upholding safety standards and HIPAA policies. The role offers patient-focused care, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state practice acts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; HIPAA training and PHI protection.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic images (e.g., iTero 3D scanner).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize workflow.
