Wild Rose Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team under the Heartland Dental network. You will greet patients, review health histories, take x-rays using iTero 3D scans, and provide four-handed chairside assistance to supported dentists while following safety protocols.

Dentrix will be used for scheduling and records. Ideal candidates bring dental procedure knowledge, strong communication, and organizational skills, with required state certifications and HIPAA training.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required under state practice act.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during various procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
