Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support dentistry services at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Fulton, Missouri. The role assists the Dentist and Dental Hygienist, prepares and sterilizes instruments, manages operatory setup, and handles radiographic equipment and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a dental assisting program or six months of dental assistant experience.
• Missouri DA license or ability to obtain license.
• Certification as an expanded duty dental assistant preferred; if not held, must obtain in first year.
• CPR certification required; TB screening documentation current.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and maintain operatory.
• Operate radiographic equipment as needed.
• Perform related administrative tasks as required.

We are currently seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our team at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center located in Fulton, Missouri.The Dental Assistant works under the direct supervision, assisting the Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting.
