HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is offering a full-time, in-person, paid Dental Assistant training program. Participants will complete 10 weeks of classroom and clinical training, followed by a 6-month paid internship at HealthFirst.

Upon acceptance, a 2-year work commitment is required. Classes are offered virtually through CareerStep to prepare for a Massachusetts Dental Assistant license. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with required qualifications including 18+ years old and

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must submit a resume including a brief statement of interest.
• Provide 3 references and possess a clear background free of criminal offenses.

Dental Assistant Paid Training Opportunity:

Exciting opportunity to learn new skills and be paid $18 per hour at the same time. HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is offering a full-time, in person, paid Dental Assistant training program which includes both classroom and clinical training thanks to a workforce pipeline fund. Classes offered virtually through CareerStep will prepare a learner to earn a Massachusetts Dental Assistant license. Hands-on training days will provide opportunities for observing as well as learning to prepare for dental procedures, maintaining and updating patient charts, and assisting with dentistry techniques. Participants must commit to 10 weeks of in-person paid course work and a 6-month paid internship to be completed at HealthFirst. Upon acceptance into the program, students will be required to sign a 2-year work commitment. Candidates must submit a resume that includes a brief statement explaining why you are interested in becoming a dental assistant. *Note: Successful completion of the program and internship does not guarantee employment.

Required Qualifications:
