Qualifications

• Exceptional customer/patient service is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication needed.
• Basic computer knowledge; Denticon experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort patients professionally from reception to treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and inventory is maintained.
• Record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Document and chart all dental procedures per dentist instructions and laws.
• Take and develop dental diagnostic X-rays.
• Prepare models and temporary restorations as allowed by state law.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and assist during procedures.
• Educate patients on dental health and oral hygiene practices.
