Familia Dental is seeking compassionate Dental Assistants to join our Milwaukee team. No prior experience or certification is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support our clinical team in a fast-paced, positive environment and help deliver high-quality patient care. You will assist the dentist, maintain sterile rooms, take patient histories and vital signs, and educate patients on oral health while delivering friendly,

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain state requirements for DA duties.
• No formal certification required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and escort patients from reception to treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with necessary supplies; reorder as needed.
• Take and record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Document and chart dental procedures per Dentist’s instructions.
• Take and develop dental diagnostic x-rays.
• Sterilize instruments and assist during procedures.
• Provide dental education to patients on oral health and hygiene.
• Attend morning huddles and participate in team meetings.
