Job Responsibilities

1. Schedule patient exams and treatment.
2. Coordinate referral appointments with community specialists.
3. Answer phones and address patient questions professionally.
4. Verify insurance and eligibility for each patient more than 48 hours prior to the visit.
5. Enter insurance benefits into practice management software, including any special requirements or limitations.
6. Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
