Community Health Care, Inc. seeks a dental radiography–savvy professional to support X-ray imaging, infection control, and record-keeping within our Iowa clinic. You will operate X-ray equipment, prepare patient records, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have a State Board-approved radiation seminar with certification to operate dental X-ray equipment.
• Registered in Iowa with Radiography qualification and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and sharpen dental instruments
• Oil and clean equipment
• Follow infection control recommendations and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate knowledge of various consents (oral surgery, papoose, endo, etc.)
• Take dental X-ray photographs; develop and mount X-ray films
• Prepare and file case histories and treatment records, ensuring charts are up-to-date

Job description

Requirements:

• Education: Verifiable attendance at a four-hour State Board-approved radiation seminar with certification to operate dental X-ray equipment, or student status
• Licensure: Registered in the State of Iowa with additional qualification in Radiography, along with current CPR certification
