Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Dental Assistant Training or 6 months of Dental Assistant Experience.
• Completion of DA Competency form within 6 months of hire.
• Completion of Sterilization Course or 6 months DA experience with form.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and prepare patient in treatment operatory.
• Assist at chair-side using 4-handed techniques.
• Prepare operatories, lab, sterilization, and tray setup areas.
• Travel with providers to coverage at other clinics.
• Maintain infection control and charting in EHR.
