Job summary

Concierge Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Clarence area offices. You’ll be the doctor’s right hand, handling chairside assisting, operatory setup, and digital imaging while ensuring patients feel safe and cared for.

You’ll collaborate with hygienists and front office, work across multiple locations if needed, and have opportunities to advance into senior roles as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Chairside experience is helpful.
• NYs radiology / X‑ray certification is a plus; we’ll help you get there.
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast.
• Team player who takes pride in a clean, calm operatory.
• Dental experience preferred but the right attitude can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures.
• Operatory setup and sterilization to keep the day moving.
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging with support for certification.
• Make patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and front office.
