Job summary

Concierge Dental Group is seeking a friendly, skilled Dental Assistant to join our five-location Western New York practice. You’ll chairside assist across general and surgical procedures, set up operatories, sterilize, and manage digital x-rays and intraoral imaging while helping patients feel safe and informed.

You’ll work closely with hygienists, doctors, and front office staff to keep the day smooth and efficient, with opportunities for growth into lead roles as our practice expands.

Qualifications

• Warm, steady, and quick on your feet.
• NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus; we’ll help you get there.
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast.
• A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory.
• Dental experience preferred — but the right attitude can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we’ll support your certification if you’re working toward it)
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team
