Job summary

Concierge Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Clarence area offices. You’ll be the doctor’s right hand, handling chairside assisting, operatory setup, and digital imaging while ensuring patients feel safe and cared for.

You’ll collaborate with hygienists and front office, work across multiple locations if needed, and have opportunities to advance into senior roles as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Chairside experience is helpful.
• NYs radiology / X‑ray certification is a plus; we’ll help you get there.
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast.
• Team player who takes pride in a clean, calm operatory.
• Dental experience preferred but the right attitude can be trained.

What the role actually looks like

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you’re the doctor’s right hand
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we’ll support your certification if you’re working toward it)
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team

Where it can go

Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical‑trainer roles. We promote from within — your next step is real.
