Smile On Nashville, a cosmetic and technology-focused dental practice in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Dental Assistant to support cosmetic procedures and state-of-the-art treatments. You will help prepare, sterilize, and manage patient records, while ensuring a comfortable, high-quality patient experience.

The role offers a pathway to advancement into a lead dental assistant position as you gain experience with advanced techniques and imaging.

Qualifications

• Basic dental assisting experience and knowledge required (willing to train the right candidate).
• 2+ years experience desired (positioned to transition into a lead DA role).
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus (not required).

• Assist the dentist during procedures, with an emphasis on cosmetic treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and patient before & after photos.
