Job summary

Concierge Dental Group is a five-location dental practice in Western New York. We seek a Dental Assistant who supports chairside procedures, handles operatory setup, and coordinates with hygienists and doctors in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll work across offices, learn digital workflows, and assist with imaging. We offer growth opportunities, a supportive team, and a path to leadership as the group expands.

Qualifications

• Warm, steady and quick on your feet.
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast.
• Team player who takes pride in a clean, calm operatory.
• NYS radiology / X-ray certification is a plus; we’ll help you get there.
• Dental experience preferred, but the right attitude can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures—you’re the doctor’s right hand.
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving.
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging.
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for.
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team.

What the role actually looks like

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you’re the doctor’s right hand

• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we’ll support your certification if you’re working toward it)

Where it can go

Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within — your next step is real.
