Metro Dentalcare West St. Paul, MN is seeking a licensed Dental Assistant to join our team under Heartland Dental. You will provide chairside support, take X‑rays, and help ensure patient comfort and education throughout treatment.

With Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping, iTero 3D imaging, and a focus on safety per OSHA & CDC guidelines, you will contribute to efficient office workflow. Minnesota license or in process required; competitive benefits, training, and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• Minnesota dental assisting license required (or in process).
• X-ray certification if required by state act.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room with safety protocols per OSHA & CDC recommendations.
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place/expedite orders.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize workflow.
