Job summary

Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients with a full range of procedures and diagnostics. You will be trained with iTero scans, impressions, and charting, while upholding strict infection control and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs.
• Ensure infection control standards are met by sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take accurate impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team.
