Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join Associated Dental Care Providers-Sun City in Sun City, AZ. The role supports clinicians, maintains patient comfort, and ensures efficient chairside care within a fast-paced dental practice.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of chairside experience, RHS and X-ray certifications, and familiarity with Dentrix. Training is provided and patient care always comes first.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years chairside dental assisting.
• Arizona RHS certification required.
• Dentrix or similar dental software experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure comfort throughout treatment.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry).
• Manage scheduling and record keeping with Dentrix.
• Maintain supply inventory and assist with orders.
