Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. seeks experienced Dental Assistants to become trained instructors for morning classes at our Sylvania, OH campus. The role involves teaching 10–20 students, delivering material from Ross curricula, and conducting lectures and demonstrations.

Sessions run 8:30–1, Monday through Friday, with typical weekly hours of 9–18. Additional PRN mornings/evenings may be available. Ross emphasizes a values-driven culture and a strong student experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program.
• If you do not have formal education, you can also qualify with 5+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior experience.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours, mornings or evenings; part-time typically 9–18 hours per week; PRN mornings/evenings may be available.
