Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced dental assistants to become instructors and teach year-round morning and evening classes.

This campus-based role involves delivering lectures, demonstrations, and clinical training to 10-20 students using Ross curriculum in a part-time capacity. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in dental assisting with national certification or 5+ years with certification; teaching interest is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting with a national certification or 5+ years’ experience with certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience is required.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Conduct 4.5 hour class sessions in mornings or evenings, part-time 0-9 hours per week.
