Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience with a national dental assistant certification.
• Formal education in a dental assisting program preferred; alternative with 5+ years in field and cert.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach dental assisting with 10–20 students, covering clinical and admin skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Classes run 4.5 hours; part-time schedule typically 9–18 hours per week.
