Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting with national certification OR 5+ years’ experience with certification
• Formal training in a dental assisting program (Ross) or equivalent
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience or aptitude to teach

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours in day or evening blocks; part-time typically 9–18 hours per week.
