Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become instructors at our Saginaw, MI campus. The role involves teaching dental assisting with clinical and administrative skills to 10-20 students, following Ross curricula.

Sessions run 4.5 hours, day or evening, with a typical 9–18 hours per week part-time commitment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the field and national certification (RDA or CDA), plus an interest in teaching and willingness to learn and grow within

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental field.
• National certification as RDA or CDA and formal training in dental assisting program.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum.
• Manage 4.5 hour sessions in day or evening slots.
• Part-time schedule of 9-18 hours per week.
