Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Johnson City, TN is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become instructors for year-round morning and evening classes. The role covers clinical and administrative skills with lessons from Ross curriculum, teaching 10–20 students per session.

Class sessions run 4.5 hours, Monday through Friday; part-time hours typically 9–23 per week, with PRN as needed. Flexible, passionate about teaching, and able to engage students is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the field (dental assisting) required.
• National certification: RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB) required; or 5+ years’ field experience with certification.
• Must be flexible with schedule and have a passion to teach and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours, in morning or evening shifts; part-time 9–23 hours per week with PRN availability.
