Ross Education Holdings, Inc. invites experienced Dental Assistants to become instructors for year-round Friday morning classes at the Lafayette campus. Training is provided.

Primary and secondary instructor roles are available, with opportunities to step in as teaching assistants or substitutes as needed. Classes run year-round, with 4.5-hour sessions each Friday morning. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the field and national certification (RDA or CDA) or 5+ years plus certification.

Qualifications

• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
• 3+ years’ experience in the dental field and national certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Sessions are 4.5 hours; participate as instructor and substitute as needed.
