Affordable Dentures & Implants in Spokane, WA is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. You will provide chairside support during denture procedures, implants, and oral surgery, while helping patients through every stage of their treatment.

This role offers hands-on experience with in-house lab professionals, ongoing training, and a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of dental assisting experience and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification (where required by state).
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience with dentures, removable prosthetics, or dental implants preferred.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support and guide patients through treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for patients.
• Assist during denture procedures, implant placement, oral surgery, extractions.
• Take denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs as allowed by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, and postoperative care.
• Document patient histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Take radiographs according to state certification requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily office operations; travel for training as needed.
