Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in Wichita Falls, Texas. You will provide chairside support across denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing operatories, assisting during procedures, taking impressions, managing infection control, and educating patients on care and financing options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification per state requirements.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support and ensure a welcoming patient experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient.
• Assist dentists during dentures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic procedures.
• Take and assist with denture impressions, select impression trays, and prepare wax bites.
• Maintain infection prevention and sterilization standards; manage instrument sterilization.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering clinical supplies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, and care instructions.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements.
• Travel for training and continuing education as needed.
• Support daily office operations and keep a clean clinical environment.
