Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide chairside support during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics, while guiding patients through treatment options and aftercare.

You'll prep operatories, assist with x-rays and denture impressions, and collaborate with in-house lab staff to deliver high-quality tooth replacement solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant certification (where required by state).
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming experience from check-in through treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, dental implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with alginate denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs, and other duties where permitted by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, and post-operative care.
