Affordable Dentures & Implants is hiring a Dental Assistant to provide comprehensive chairside support in a fast-paced practice focused on dentures, implants, and prosthodontics.

You will assist with denture procedures, implants, and oral surgery, while educating patients on treatment plans and post-operative care. A strong team player committed to compassionate patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification where required by state.
• Surgery experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and create a welcoming patient experience.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before appointments.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Support denture insertions, adjustments, relines, and repairs as permitted.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, options, post-operative care, and finances.
• Document patient histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily office operations and maintain a clean environment.
• Travel occasionally for training and continuing education.
