Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants in New Bern, NC seeks a compassionate Dental Assistant to support denture, implant, and prosthodontic procedures. You will assist with chairside care, impressions, and lab coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

You’ll work with experienced dentists and in-house lab professionals, grow your skills in removable prosthetics, and contribute to high-quality tooth replacement solutions that restore confidence and life quality for patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials before appointments.
• Assist dentists during denture, implant, oral surgery and prosthetic procedures.
• Take/determine denture impressions and wax bites under direction.
• Maintain infection prevention and sterilization standards.
• Assist with inventory and daily office operations.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and care.
