Responsibilities

• Assists dentist during examinations and procedures; prepares patients and sterilizes instruments; sets up trays and materials.
• Takes and processes dental X-rays; maintains inventory and orders supplies; assists with teaching of dental students.
• When roving, monitors clinical activity and patient schedules to provide backup to dentists and primary assistants.
