Old Kings Dental Care in Florida is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our supportive team. You will greet patients, review health histories, assist chairside, and manage x-rays and diagnostics with iTero and Dentrix.

Qualifications

• Experienced dental assistant with fast-paced clinic experience.
• Certification as a dental assistant and/or x-ray certification as required by Florida law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to protect patient health information and follow HIPAA.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to support quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Manage supply and inventory, and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize workflow.
