Ideal Dental is a leading dental group focusing on patient-centered care with a culture that values excellence and compassion. As a Dental Assistant, you’ll support clinicians, handle X-rays, assist in multiple procedures, and help maintain a clean, efficient operatory environment.

We seek an enthusiastic team member with an active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6–12 months of RDA experience. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required for practice.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene to promote long-term health.

Education

Active Registered Dental Assistant License

Current CPR certification

6–12 months RDA experience
