Job summary

Destiny Dental, part of the ProSmile network, is seeking a Dental Assistant in the Operations department. You will support clinical staff, manage records, and help with scheduling and follow-up care under dentist supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, and licensing or willingness to pursue licensure in the state. OSHA/HIPAA/CDC compliance, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State licensing required or willingness to pursue licensure immediately.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines is expected.
• Strong organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside with patient care and instrument handling.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and support treatment delivery.
• Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-up care, and recordkeeping with patients.
• Perform basic lab tasks such as impressions and model pours.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
