Job summary

Destiny Dental, an affiliate of ProSmile, seeks a Dental Assistant to support clinical needs under dentist supervision and collaborate with dental hygienists. You will handle patient care, recordkeeping, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, DRT licensing or active pursuit, and CDA preferred along with 1+ years of experience. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected in a fast-paced practice environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• DRT license or willingness to pursue licensure immediately.
• Radiation Health and Safety certificate.
• Certified Dental Assistant certificate preferred.
• 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside and render patient care.
• Maintain inventory in operatories.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage patient communications.
• Perform basic lab procedures (impressions, models, case prep).
• Other duties as assigned.
