Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with digital radiography preferred.
• Experience with Open Dental preferred.
• Experience with digital scanners (iTero or Medit) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Scan patients using iTero and Medit technology.
• Fabricate temporary crowns and provisional restorations.
• Assist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, and other general dental procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Review treatment plans and obtain patient consents.
• Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records within Open Dental.
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences through outstanding customer service.
• Support front office and clinical team members as needed.

Schedule

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Team members are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM for morning setup and preparation.

Responsibilities

Compensation

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
