Job summary

DOCS Health in Kentucky seeks a friendly Dental Assistant to join our mission-driven team serving military families on Army and Air Force bases. You will prepare patients, assist dentists chairside, and ensure sterilization and infection control standards are met in a modern, private-practice-like setting.

This full-time on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and

Qualifications

• Must have current Dental Assistant certification in the state you apply to.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications required.

DOCS Dental provides high-quality dental care on Army and Air Force bases, proudly serving military families and veterans. Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and assist patients during dental procedures.
• Support dentists with setup, chairside assistance, and cleanup.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Utilize dental software and equipment to support efficient care.
• Handle clerical tasks and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to).
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
• Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and/or Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications.
