DOCS Dental operates dental practices on Army and Air Force bases, serving military families and veterans with a mission-driven approach. We seek a detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support dentists, manage patient flow, and ensure infection control.

The role involves patient preparation, operating dental software, and clerical duties, with hours Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care on a military installation.

Qualifications

• Active dental radiology license or DANB certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Real ID before employment.
• Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and Coronal Polishing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure comfort and understanding.
• Master dental software and equipment to assist treatment efficiency.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Support dentists during procedures, including setup, breakdown, and handling biohazards.

Requirements

We’re seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Dental Assistant with a passion for patient care. Required qualifications include:
