Job summary

Terry Reilly Health Services in Idaho is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a mission-driven team across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Melba. The role involves fourhanded dentistry, patient education on treatment plans, and maintaining clinic setup and sterilization.

You will support inventory, order supplies, take radiographs, and perform expanded duties as allowed by certification and Idaho regulations, with a focus on infection control and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Dental Assistant Program or equivalent training.
• Expanded Functions Certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Competence in radiographs and nitrous oxide use.

Responsibilities

• Perform fourhanded dentistry and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Maintain setup/break-down procedures for each patient encounter.
• Complete instrument sterilization and inventory of clinic supplies.
• Assist in ordering supplies and proper equipment maintenance.
• Take radiographs and perform expanded duties per certification and Idaho rules.
• Maintain infection control policies and procedures.
