Job summary

Terry Reilly Health Services seeks a capable Dental Assistant to support a multi-disciplinary dental team in delivering patient-centered care in Idaho. You will assist the dentist, perform fourhanded dentistry, and help explain treatment plans and costs to patients.

Responsibilities include sterilization, setup/breakdown, radiography, inventory control, and adherence to infection control policies while maintaining high standards of patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Dental Assistant Program or comparable training.
• Expanded Functions Certification.
• Knowledge of radiographic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform fourhanded dentistry and explain treatments and costs to patients.
• Maintain setup/breakdown, sterilization, and inventory of clinic supplies.
• Assist in ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Take radiographs and perform duties per Idaho State Board of Dentistry rules.
• Maintain infection control policies and procedures.
